Fitbit is here to support you and your efforts to integrate with its Web API. If you suspect that there may be issues that are preventing or making it difficult for you to integrate with us, please see the resources below.

  • The Fitbit Web API Status Page is the go to source of truth for any and all service disruptions related to the Fitbit Web API.

    • From the status page, you're able to subscribe to receive updates on new incidents. You also have the option to subscribe to updates on specific incidents.
  • Should you find that an incident affecting you and/or your users isn't noted on the status page, you can contact dev-help@fitbit.com using the subject format [SEVERITY LEVEL] Some Subject (Example: [URGENT] Receiving 500s On Access Token Refresh Attempts). You can find the severity levels below:
