Blood Oxygen Saturation (SpO2)

SpO2 (Oxygen Saturation) is a measurement of your blood oxygen level. The Fitbit devices use body sensors to record the percentage, average, as well as the minimum and maximum levels of oxygen circulating in your blood while you’re asleep. This allows you to better monitor your vitals and general health throughout the day.
